This book Sweet Freedom, because I want YOU to be able to lose the fat that’s holding your life down as well.

This is how you starve the Sugar Bio-Saturation, so you can return your body to its normal, healthy state and start dropping those pounds.

If I can do it, you can do it.

Here’s some of what I cover in my book:

  3. How to save money while doing this Sugar Vacuum, so your tummy gets slimmer while your wallet gets fatter.
  4. What to do if your body tries to trick you into consuming sugar (it can be very sneaky!)
  5. The Karaoke Approach for satisfying a craving without saturating your body with more sugar.
  6. The Breakthrough Solution of using Pro-Biotics to banish food cravings.
  7. The Alternate Ending Technique for hacking your brain and convincing it to help you stay on your eating plan..
  8. How checking the scale could be murdering your weight loss… and what to do instead!
  9. 7 Grocery Techniques to make sure your home is full of foods that make you happy, satisfied, fit, and thin!
  10. Why you could likely be a full-on sugar addict, even if you don’t have a sweet tooth!
  11. How to handle restaurants, barbeques, parties, happy hours, and everywhere else where society is conspiring for you to fail!
  12. What to do if there’s peer pressure from friends and family for how you eat.
  13. How to bust through a plateau, so the scale starts moving again.
  14. Create an amazing new relationship with food where it’s natural for you to eat healthy.
  15. How to sever unhealthy emotional connections with certain foods (this can take years of therapy if you don’t follow my quick tips!)
  16. When you’re losing too much weight… and how to slow it down to stay healthier.
  17. The benefits of staying away from sugar for longer than 30 days, or taking a more modest approach.

Remember, You Don’t Have to
Give Up Sugar for Life… Or at All!

Sweet Freedom gives you 3 Magical Paths to overcoming Sugar Bio-Saturation… so you can start dropping pounds at a pace that’s comfortable for you.

I like to be gung-ho, so I cut out sugar altogether (while closely following the plan in Sweet Freedom).

But you might want to take a bit longer but enjoy a sweet cocktail or piece of cheesecake sometimes.

That’s ok!

The last thing you want to do is be an All or Nothing person who runs away from something good because you can’t do it perfectly.

Good enough is good enough!

So I put together 3 plans you can use..

Advanced
Cut out sugar altogether! Aggressively root through your cabinets and throw out everything even somewhat related to sugar. This includes all the sneaky sugar substitutes.

Medium
Allow yourself some freedom to have fun. Eat more fruits while you’re on the journey. Have some candy once in a while. But still keep the mission at hand!

Beginner
Start cutting out sugar where it makes sense… especially where the sugar is INVISIBLE anyway. You can easily substitute breads, dressings, sauces, and other foods in your closet for ones made without sugar. And they taste just as good, if even better. (Seriously, Italian Salad Dressing does NOT need the sucrose!)

Remember that a lot of foods have sugar added to it simply because people are already addicted to sugar and the food makers want to appeal to them. Often you can’t even taste them.

Take out the foods with invisible sugar, and you’re well on your way already.
